Guided visualizations and yogic exercises designed to acquaint you with the structure of the luminous energy body that suffuses and surrounds the physical in a great interwoven matrix of light.
A vocabulary of sacred dance, rhythm, chant, song, gesture, posture and expression that will enable you to feel, depict and transmit the strong, blissful and loving light of the Goddess as it flows throughout this great web of vibratory energy.
